Embarking on a training journey with your dog should feel calm and supportive. We are here to guide you every step of the way with reward-based training, based on positive reinforcement, using force-free methods.

Booking & Contact
Reach out via email or phone. We'll start with a free 20-minute telephone consultation, to discuss your dog's personality and your goals.

Preparation
Prepare a quiet space, with few distractions. Have high-value treats (chicken/meat) and your dog's favourite toys.

First Session
We focus on observation and building a safe environment. You'll learn core foundation skills using reward- based training, based on positive reinforcement.

Ongoing Success
You'll receive a follow-up report, with practice exercises to complete between sessions. We provide ongoing support as you and your dog grow more confident.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

- Reward-based training, based on positive reinforcement.
- Prioritising dog welfare and emotional safety.
- Force-free, with no use of aversive equipment or techniques.
- Payment is due 3 working days prior to a training session, unless otherwise discussed.
- A minimum 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refunds.
- Rescheduling options available for emergencies.
- If the trainer needs to cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
- We operate within a 15 mile radius of Chichester, and will travel to locations within this free of charge.
- We can travel up to 35 miles from Chichester. However, for distances between 15 to 35 miles from Chichester, this will incur a fuel surcharge of 50p per mile. To be discussed upon booking.
